Teodora Ivanova is an accomplished professional in hospitality and operations, with over 19 years of exceptional experience. Her journey began at just 17 when she stepped into the role of logistics supervisor in the food industry, setting the stage for a dynamic and impactful career. In 2010., Teodora moved to the United States, where she made a lasting mark on the hospitality sector, contributing significantly over four years at renowned establishments such as Marriott and the Colcord Hotel. Upon returning to Europe in 2014., she entered the short-let sector, playing a key role in Hostmaker's early days. She navigated the challenges of startup life with expertise, managing everything from logistics complexities to rapid expansion. Teodora joined Staykeepers in 2018. as the General Manager, where her leadership fueled the company’s growth across the UK. Beyond her corporate achievements, she has a passion for craftsmanship - launching a classic car restoration business with her husband in 2020., quickly gaining recognition for precision and attention to detail. In 2022., Teodora’s desire to support businesses and mentor young talent led her to become a business advisor, using her extensive experience to guide enterprises toward success. By March 2023., she embarked on her own venture, offering tailored staffing solutions for businesses with unique temporary needs. Teodora’s journey is a testament to adaptability, resilience, and expertise. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and her drive to tackle challenges head-on continue to push her ventures to new heights.

Head of Operations


Veronika has over 10 years of experience in the industry, working her way up from cleaner to supervisor and ultimately achieving a managerial role. Known as our "Devil in the details," nothing escapes her sharp eye. She goes above and beyond every day, ensuring the team remains sharp and efficient. Over the past year, Veronika has led the team to an outstanding 96% client satisfaction success rate! With extensive experience managing her own short-let properties, she fully understands the expectations and ensures everything runs smoothly. If you need something done right, Veronika is the person to call.

Robert Popa

Area Manager 

With over 5 years of experience, Rob joined us as a Welcome Ambassador and quickly demonstrated his ability to grow and take on more responsibilities. Over the years, he successfully launched and managed a site in Dublin with 100+ units, among other projects. Currently, Rob manages a block of 80+ units  while also overseeing our sites across the UK .
