Our CEO and Founder
Teodora Ivanova is no stranger to the world of hospitality and operations, boasting over 15 years of exceptional experience. Her journey began at a the age of 17 when she took on the role of a logistics supervisor in the food industry, kickstarting what would become an impactful career. In 2010 Teodora move to the United States, where she left her mark on the hospitality sector, making significant contributions over a span of 4 years at esteemed establishments like Marriott and Colcord Hotel. Returning to Europe in 2014, she delved into the short let sector, playing a pivotal role in Hostmaker's early days, deftly tackling the challenges of startup life, from logistics intricacies to rapid expansion. Joining Staykeepers in 2018 as General Manager, Teodora's leadership fuelled the company's growth across the UK. Beyond her professional endeavours, Teodora's talents extend into unexpected realms. In 2020, alongside her husband, she ventured into the restoration of classic cars, swiftly earning a reputation for excellence and attention to detail. In 2022, Teodora's passion for advising businesses and nurturing young talent culminated in her role as a business advisor, leveraging her wealth of experience to guide enterprises toward success. March 2023 marked a new chapter as Teodora launched her own business, dedicated to providing tailored staffing solutions to businesses with unique temporal needs.
